The Visitor
A comedy parodying tribalism and its effects on our two-party system.
Well, it's official.... We are not alone.
Visitors from beyond our world have arrived, and they would like to have a conversation with our "leaders."
To deal with the crisis, the heads of two opposing political parties are forced into a difficult negotiation.
The stakes of this negotiation: the fate of humanity.
Can they get along? Will we make it?

Ryan C. Balfour
Ryan has just done theatre when and wherever possible, and from San Diego California to Pocatello Idaho, "let's just do a show!" has always been his mantra. After studying at Palomar College, Ryan produced several plays as a founding member of Plain View Theatre Co. Long time actor, first time playwright, Ryan is hoping to see what he's learned from years of breaking down the words of brilliant playwrights.
Hunter LaRocca
Hunter finished his Theatre Arts major by beginning his own theatre company. As a founding member of Plain View Theatre, Hunter co-produced seven plays along with Ryan Balfour. He continued his professional development by moving to New York City and attending an acting conservatory studying the Meisner Technique at William Esper Studio. Now, he’s founded Believer's Theatre to further his commitment to using theatre as a vehicle to affect change and creating a reproducible sustainable employee-owned non-profit theatre model.
